We invest in families through projects and programs in four distinct focus areas:
Hunger
Hunger affects a person’s mind, body, spirit and future. Unfortunately, finding three meals each day can sometimes be an unobtainable goal for
many in our community.
Housing
Safe, comfortable and affordable housing is a basic need for all individuals and families. Action Pathways incorporates the needs of homeowners into everyday operations.
Education
At Action Pathways, we believe in comprehensive services. This means educating children, families and individuals on a wide array of best practices, from financing and employment to health and nutrition.
Empowerment
When life happens, everyone deserves some support. Action Pathways offers an individualized approach to meeting the unique needs of each client and facing whatever life hands them.
