(1:05) You can move up in the company. (1:07) Head Start will work with you if you don’t have your degree.

(1:11) TEACH and Head Start helped me pay for college. (1:15) I went to the TEACH program to get my CDA. (1:18) I appreciated everybody’s support.
(1:21) That was the thing. (1:21) It was so supportive. (1:23) Anything I needed, I got it.
(1:26) My older daughter, once she became a senior, she did her volunteer work at Head Start.

(1:34) My mom was like, if you want to work at Head Start, just give it a try. (1:38) She went to college and got her CDA and became a Head Start teacher. (1:43) I managed to finish my CDA in a year.
(1:45) I’m really proud of myself. (1:47) I really am. (1:48) I really love my job.
