Action Pathways is accepting subcontractors’ bids for a home energy improvement project under the North Carolina Weatherization Assistance Program. The program is sponsored by the State Department of Environment and Natural Resources Weatherization Program Office. The contract requires the weatherization of homes in Bladen, Brunswick, Columbus, Cumberland, Hoke, Montgomery, Moore, Pender, Robeson, Sampson, and Scotland Counties during the period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020.

Action Pathways is requesting proposals from interested parties who are properly licensed contractors in the State of North Carolina in the following individual trades: general contractor, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, energy auditors, quality control final inspectors.

Bidders are welcome to attend a conference on Thursday, May 30, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. to discuss the details of the project. Representatives of Action Pathways will be on hand to answer questions. For information about receiving bid packets for this project, please visit our Bid Page.
