PUBLIC NOTICE OF1099 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS' INVITATION

Action Pathways is accepting 1099 contracts for Crisis Outreach Workers to assist with community outreach efforts to assist individuals and communities in recovering from the effects of natural and human-caused disasters. The program is sponsored by the Alliance Behavioral Healthcare LME/MCO. The contract requires outreach work in Cumberland County tentatively for nine months. During the course of this project, contracted work is required to assist with basic outreach activities in the community to work with individuals, families, and groups to provide emotional support, public education, and referrals related to disaster reactions.
Action Pathways is requesting resumes with cover letters from interested individuals who have the following educational, knowledge, skills and abilities:

 HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA or GED
 WILLING TO WORK AS AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
 COMPUTER OPERATING SKILLS TO INCLUDE TO DATA ENTRY
 RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
 STRONG PEOPLE SKILLS
 EXCELLENT ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS
 ABILITY TO ACCOMMODATE A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE INCLUDING EVENINGS AND SATURDAYS

An information session will be held to discuss the scope of work and selection process of the project to include the job responsibilities on May 16, 2017, Tuesday at 10:00 am at Action Pathways on 321 Dick Street, Fayetteville, NC, 28301.

Please fill out the following form and send resumes and cover letters.  Resumes and cover letters will be accepted from Friday May 5, 2017 12:00 pm. thru May 30, 2017 4:00 pm or until are slots are filled.

Initial resumes will be reviewed beginning May 9, 2017 and selected contractors will be notified upon final approval from the review committee.
